LUMBERTON - Sean Locklear likes to set goals. A 1999 graduate of Lumberton High School, Locklear had the goal of playing football in college. He achieved that goal, starting the final 27 games of his career at N.C. State and becoming the first Wolfpack offensive lineman to be named first-team all-conference since 1992.
