Aaron Rodgers doesn\'t have a great deal of experience as a Division I starting quarterback. He took over as the starter nearly halfway through the 2003 season, after transferring from Butte Junior College, and went on to become one of the top quarterbacks in college football. He completed the 2004 season with a 66% completion percentage and a touchdown to interception ratio of 3-1. He doesn\'t have the strongest arm, but it is strong enough to make all the throws. Accuracy is one of his biggest strengths. He hits his receivers in stride on short slants and crossing patterns and throws an accurate deep ball as well. He has good pocket presence and the ability to sense pressure coming, get out of the pocket, and make an accurate throw on the run. He makes good decisions and rarely forces the ball into coverage, opting to take what the defense gives him. He lacks ideal size and speed, but he displays the leadership ability and intelligence you look for in a starting signal caller. Having just turned 21 years old, Rodgers is still young and developing as a quarterback. If it were a stronger class of quarterbacks he would probably go a little lower, but he has a good chance to be the first quarterback taken and a top 10 pick in April. Player News Feed
