Guard - Ranked #12
OTC Top 100 Rank: Unranked
Class: 2006 Height: 6-4 1/8 Weight: 309 lbs. Forty Time: 5.61 Pro Day Draft Results
Undrafted Background
Adam Stenavich has a great deal of experience against top competition, having started the past three seasons at left tackle for Michigan in the Big Ten. During that time he has proven to be a very durable player for the Wolverines. He didn’t miss a start until late in his senior season after taking over the left tackle position as a sophomore. Stenavich is a tough player with a good combination of size and strength for an offensive lineman. He is an outstanding run blocker who gets good leverage and has the strength to outmuscle defenders. He is an intelligent player who displays excellent technique. Stenavich could improve his pass blocking. He will get beat by smaller, faster defensive ends coming off the edge. He is not a great athlete and he lacks the footwork to play left tackle at the professional level. Stenavich’s character could come into question as well. He was arrested in December 2004 after he reportedly urinated on a barroom floor and used profanity to the arresting officer’s in his hometown of Marshfield, Wisconsin. Adam will most likely be moved to guard or right tackle by the team that drafts him and projects as a mid-late round prospect in the 2006 NFL draft.
