Arnold Parker has played both cornerback and safety in his career at Utah. He has an excellent combination of size and speed and put that speed on display recently, running two mid 4.4's at his pro day. He has all the measurables you look for in a safety, but he needs to work on his technique. He relies too much on his speed at times, and will soon learn it takes more than just athletic ability to be successful in the NFL. Parker is a developmental prospect at the moment, but he has alot of potential.
