GLENDALE, Ariz. – Oklahoma football coach Bob Stoops' reputation as "Big Game Bob" is quickly fading. Stoops' Sooners lost their fourth consecutive BCS bowl Wednesday night, 48-28 to West Virginia, to finish the season 11-3. It was OU's second consecutive defeat in the Fiesta Bowl.
