Undrafted Analysis
Etric Pruitt has average size and speed for a safety, but he is one of the best run support safeties in the draft. He needs to work on his cover skills to become a better all around safety. He is a pretty good zone safety but struggles at times when he's forced to play man. He needs to learn to use his hands to catch the ball instead of his body. He is fundamentally sound as a tackler and can really hit hard as well. I think Pruitt will be an excellent special teams player immediately, and could develop into a fine safety one day. He should be a mid round pick on draft day. Player News Feed
