Excellent blocker and short yardage runner with the size NFL scouts look for in a fullback. He doesn't have alot of experience running the football and he needs to work on his receiving skills to be a threat to defenses on passing downs. He has only had 8 rushing attempts over the past two years, after having carried the ball 101 times as a sophomore. Williams finished his career with 122 carries, 613 yards (5.02 yard average) and 23 receptions, 293 yards(12.7 yard average), and 8 total touchdowns. Although he did show flashes as a runner early on at Texas, Williams should be considered strictly a lead blocker and short yardage back at this point. Player News Feed
