Undrafted Analysis
Jake Grove is a very versitile lineman who has played both center and guard during his time at Virginia Tech. He is a very intelligent player, who almost never makes bad blocking assignment calls. He has good strength and has played against top competition his entire college career. He can be dominating at times as a run blocker, but could use some work on his pass blocking technique. He has a mean streak I really love to see in an offensive lineman, but needs to be able to control his temper a little better. Grove is a guy who could easily slide over and play guard if he is drafted by a team that has no need for a center. He is the best center in the draft and should be taken in the second round on draft day. Player News Feed
