Newsome is a phyiscal WR with very very little speed at all. He posted a pedestrian 4.84 40 at Oregon State's pro day. Much like Arizona's Anquan Boldin, he has the ability to be an NFL player and possibly a starter one day. He is strong and has the ability to fight off jams and break tackles after the catch. He's also a good blocker downfield and is willing to play special teams. I would expect him to go in the 3rd or 4th round.
