Kendrick Starling is a guy that is moving up the charts pretty quickly. He's got good speed and acceleration along with decent size and pretty good athleticism. He seems to have some concentration problems and inconsistant hands.. making a great catch and following it up by dropping a routine pass. His route running could use work as well. He's the kind of guy you draft on potential and hope you can coach him up. He could possibly slide into the 2nd if some team gets enamoured with him, but he looks like a 3rd or 4th round pick.
