A talented prospect who is rising up the boards, Randy Starks could be the most complete defensive tackle in the 2004 draft. His combination of size, speed and strength put him right up there with the more hyped players at the position, and he lacks many of their supposed weaknesses. An underclassman, it probably will take Starks a year or so, give or take, to learn the ropes. But when he does he'll be a very good player with his ability to penetrate into the backfield yet still clog up the middle against the run.
