Rashad Washington is a converted running back and is still very raw as a safety. He has and excellent combination of size and speed and has proven to be a very good leader both on and off the field. He really needs to work on his pass coverage skills to excel at the next level. Rashad is excellent in run support and playing on speical teams as well. Rashad is a hard worker and a true "student of the game" who understands the importance of spending time watching film. He is a guy who is going to take a few years to develop but he has a huge upside. His ability to contribute on special teams will help him on draft day.
